Roy Doron is passionate about lighting. With over 13 years' experience under his belt, Roy has built his expertise and knowledge from the ground up. He began his career at a lighting store in South Africa. Within two years, his desire to constantly achieve more drove him to open a consulting firm that designed systems and light fixtures for some of South Africa’s most prestigious projects including casinos, hotels, retail store chains, business class lounges and some of the most amazing homes across the country.

In 2005, Roy immigrated to Sydney, Australia with his wife and soon to be born daughters. Once settled, he discovered a gap in the lighting market that needed to be filled. Roy began travelling across Europe to source some new and innovative light fixtures to import into Australia. With the eye of a designer, Roy can pinpoint what works and what doesn't and has eagerly introduced some of the best brands in the world to Australia.

Sales Manager

Gary Diamond is in the business of satisfying customers. He comes to LightCo with over ten years experience in Financial services and sales and has now found his passion educating customers on LightCo’s European lighting brands. For Gary sales is about building relationships and guiding customers through the buying process. He believes that in order to really understand what lighting solutions are best for a customer it is important for the LightCo staff to know their customers personally and not just on a business level. Gary has a keen eye for detail and a knack for sourcing and specifying fine quality lighting.

In 2007, Gary immigrated to Sydney, Australia and loves the outdoors. He is married and hopes to start a family in the near future. Having played tennis all of his life Gary thrives on competition and the challenge of matching a customer with the right product.
